Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JomJudi, an online entertainment platform operated under a valid license and intended for adult users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jomjudi ("Company", "we", "us").

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use jomjudi's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age and above on the date of registration
• Reside in or access the platform from a permitted region
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Must not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or business partner of jomjudi
• Never previously suspended or banned from the jomjudi platform

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Jomjudi reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification documents, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Jomjudi supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, local bank transfers, and e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure at all times.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request
• Withdrawal processing time: 1–3 hours on business days
• Daily withdrawal limit: Subject to account level and KYC verification status
• Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only

Jomjudi does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. We recommend reviewing your payment provider's terms separately.

For legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes, jomjudi reserves the right to temporarily freeze transactions for review. If your transaction is delayed, our support team will contact you via email or live chat within 24 hours.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by jomjudi are subject to specific wagering requirements. These conditions are set to ensure the sustainability of our promotions programme and to prevent system abuse.

• Welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements 30x bonus amount accepted
• Bonus must be used within 14 days calendar days from the date credited
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games contribute between 10%–20%
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time; bonuses may not be combined unless otherwise stated
• Jomjudi reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse or breach of terms

Jomjudi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Affected members will be notified of changes to ongoing promotions via email or in-platform notification.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the jomjudi platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by internationally recognised audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including jomjudi itself.

Members are required to comply with the individual game rules set by each provider. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, or to use automation software, bots, or unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Game results recorded in the jomjudi system are final and binding
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, jomjudi will refer to server logs to determine the valid outcome
• Members may not raise claims based on results displayed incorrectly due to errors on the user's device display

Prohibited Activities & Enforcement

Jomjudi maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, misconduct, or platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account by the same individual
• Use of false or another person's identity information
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of any third-party software, bots, or automation tools
• Attempts to exploit system errors, technical glitches, or software bugs
• Spreading false or defamatory information about jomjudi or other members

Privacy & Data Protection

Jomjudi takes your privacy seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is handled carefully in accordance with Privacy Policy of ours separately. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Jomjudi provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted, error-free availability or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of:

• Technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet failures, user device issues, or third-party interference
• Valid game results that result in losses
• Actions or omissions of third parties including game software providers
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a member's negligence in maintaining password security

Jomjudi's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Closure & Service Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the jomjudi support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method.

Jomjudi reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, jomjudi reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and wins obtained through the violating activity.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to jomjudi's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, except that jomjudi reserves the right to seek injunctive orders or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
